First time clubbing PROPERLY and lots of things in between

I haven't slept for two nights so haven't even had a chance for hangover. Thank God tomorrow's Sunday, the day to take a rest :p
Ten of us friends and cousins went  clubbing yesterday night after a lot of lying to our 'bosses'. But it was totally worth it. I was woken up by a phone call at 3 in the evening and I left for my pal's place. Met up with our two other gals and head out on a long long journey to Dwarka. There we tried to kill time by exchanging accessories, shoes, hair colors and all the girl stuff. The guys came back with Sari! Big Surprise! Was I glad to see my best friend for 2011 after so many many days. ! Dropped off Sari to her house and the ten of us went to Gurgaon for a night of dance battles, neon lights and wriggling bodies. Just how I had imagined it to be.
Fun Fun Fun time (apart from all the ugly behind the scenes puking and arguing) Tired and fully blurred out we came back to Alan's, clueless of what to do and where to go. So we stayed up all night cos anyway, some of the guys had a party to organize the nest morning in North Delhi!

My galfriends are sleeping right beside me at the moment. Poor kids haven't slept and been doing naughty stuff since yesterday ;)

My maternal grandma reached today from Manipur so I had to leave the party (which hadn't started yet) and go all the way home to South to see her. Thinking about all the time- waste (travelling from Dwarka to North via NOIDA, we got lost on the way..:p Then North to South. Then  again back to North) I got into a really really bad mood. I was already sleep deprived and tired from all the travelling so I acted sulky and SOMEHOW she had a feeling it was just a common teenager type attitude :p
I can't really blame her. I mean, I've changed in loads of ways since we last met. How I used to run to greet her and would have never ever thought about missing being the first one she gets to see cos I was busy, well, doing nothing. She named me by the way :} Even as I was waiting on the metro platform I recalled the time when the Delhi Metro was real new and I used to pray everytime I boarded and reached my destination :} Now it just seems.. lame.. though I secretly said a 'thank you' to the nice person UP THERE.

I could go on writing about all the nasty things that happened today but some things are better left unsaid. I guess that's the phrase. :D

Honesty speaking. It doesn't feel any different to be back. Except there's no smell of Thai curries in the air. And also people freely drinking on the footpaths. Rather it feels pretty good to be back. That feeling of independence and all :p 
Went to Khan Market with Sija and haven't got back home yet. As usual, I continued doing stupid things like sleeping everywhere I go and sitting all of a sudden. Haven't watched the TV till now ! 

The thing about being in your own city is..You know where to go and you can accurately calculate the cost of things and how much ok it is to do some stupid things without offending anyone. I'm talking about that CONFIDENCE ! :p Oh my.. am still blurry from all that Bondi Beach I guess.

Will be heading back home in a while after some food and drinks. I don't think I'll have much to blog about now that I'm back to doing usual stuff. Or in my case..nothing cos I'm a lazy sloth. School also starts in about 20 days. Not looking forward to it at all. As it is..everyone's leaving for other cities or schools and I don't think I'm going to work on any of the holiday assignments we've been given. 
I wish I had something interesting to talk about :) 

Day 9 : It's almost Day 10 :( Oh No! There's no day 10! :((((

I can't believe this is what I'm gonna miss. Thailand feels like home now and I'm gonna be homesick once I get to Delhi. I know for sure I'm gonna read my blog over and over again and remember all the good time. As well as the bad times. And all the parts that I missed out. The lil things I'm gonna remember for the rest of my life....The funny way in which the tour guide on the boat said 'island', the tuktuk guysaying tuk tuuuuk (second tuk in high pitch), the salesman asking me 'maam how are you tomorrow? NO! how are you today!', how I got crazy and competitive on the go kart track (but still got overtaken thrice), the communication problems I faced

I'm gonna miss receiving warm greetings from strangers and of course..trying to prove I'm Indian!

Will always miss buying Mama Noodles and begging random shopkeepers to boil it for me :) And how can I forget my numerous hunts for change so I could share my wonderful experience on the net :))

I'm just glad God kept me alive till now so I could see this day. And living with such a nice family is the cherry on top of a fantastic trip :D
I never want to leave! Surprisingly whenever I think of Delhi the only thing on my mind is the priceless memories I had with someone special.. Keeps flowing back whenever I'm lying on the bed and thinking about the darker side of life :p Thought I was over him but seems like we've moved on but a part of me is still begging him not to let me go.

Now I'm only going to blog from Delhi i.e. if I reach safe and sound. Thanks for checking up on me dear readers! LOL! Support!!

Day 8 : Back in Bangkok !

It's midnight and it's raining. I'm in Bangkok in Okhun's house. I will update later cos I will have to sleep in a while and it's precious drinking time. ! Although I did upload some pictures I took on the way to the Phuket airport.!

Left Phuket and I don''t miss it much.. Bangkok is anyday better.. Except traffic is a lot worse..
Due to some misunderstandings we missed our flight :p It was already 2 when we realized boarding time was 1:45.. Bought our tickets on the way, ran around looking for noodles. Already a loss of 7000Bahts on flight tickets :( Ate Burger King at the airport :) Reached Bangkok in no time and Okhun was here to pivk us up at the airport. He took us to a fancy hotel. Too expensive so crashed at his house haha.. His house is pretty sweet by the way.. Forgot to take our shoes off before entering :p also got scolded for dropping chocolate on his floor but his mummy saved me :D Auntie's very sweet. She's a bit unwell but still got us really nice baked stuff on her way home.. We talked about India and everything under the sun. Really nice time. Then me, my mum, my brother and Okhun went for dinner at a cozy restaurant just nearby. Came back at around 11. Some TV and drinking then went to sleep. Couldn't sleep for a long time though! There's something new! XD

Day 7 : ★ Starbucks ★ FINALLY !

I woke up really early today. Had breakfast in the hotel breakfast buffet and went to sleep again. My brother and mum left when I was asleep. When I got up at around 4 they still hadn't come back and I was very hungry. I went to Family Mart to buy noodles. I just had 20bahts in my wallet :/ There, I saw my brother already buying mama :/ Went back in the van. Dressed up nicely. And went out!

First, I tried shopping but everything in Phuket is too expensive. As compared to Bangkok. Tomorrow evening I'm leaving for Bangkok at around 4pm. YaaY! So after looking around here and there I went to Jungceylon Mall. I found a notebook which I really liked. Am gonna buy it when I get back. Coffee and muffin in Starbucks. I resisted Burger King because I didn't go swimming today and I don't wanna get fatter! I thought it's gonna rain today. All cloudy and windy. But it didn't. I have to go now for dinner :) Toodles!

Day 6 : Phi Phi Island

I don't really have any photographs to show. Phi Phi Island is really beautiful. The water is really clean and seems to be really sweet. Although it is very salty and you feel sticky once you get out. I've never really like the sea. It smells really nice but I can't stand the effect it leaves on my hair and skin.So I stayed away from the water as much as I could. Some of my friends and my brother went snorkeling and they seemed to have fun. Too bad.

So, we went on 3 islands on a speedboat and I discovered another natural talent of mine. I'm a sailor by nature. LOL. Everyone was holding on to the railings ( someone even broke his wrist at one of the bumps ) and puking all over the ocean but me.. even though I was sitting in front.. I dozed off to sleep :D Haha darn right I'm bragging. First beach was boring. Just the view was really amazing. Took pictures of the mountains and cute topless guys :p

I don't remember the name of the next island where we went. We had lunch there and I slept again. Was woken up by the waves sprinkling salty disgusting sea water on my face. Even before I was done eating some cats came and ate my chicken :/ Reminded me of Sandy. The pussy cat. Meow

I think the name of the third island we went to was Khai Island. Everything there was so expensive. They had a dirty bathroom. It was the only bathroom on the island and we had to pay 20bahts to use it. Our tour guide told us to just pee in the sea for free. But since I didn't want to get wet I held it in. LOL. The ice cream which costs around 25rupees was for 80bahts there. And the seats under the umbrella were for 150bahts. So I couldn't sleep on Khai Island. :/

Came back to the hotel around 5. Slept the whole way. Swam in the pool. Cleaned up and ate instant noodles ( Mama - pork flavour, my new favourite ) and now am gonna go to sleep after a while. Sleeping has started seeming so much better here. LOL. My mum said it feels like she's travelling with a kitten. MEOW

I feel lazy today too so I'm not gonna write a very long post today. I reached Phuket yesterday after a one hour flight from Bangkok. Ate a cheeseburger at the airport. Ate 2 DOUBLE cheeseburgers in Burger King earlier today too. Am planning to eat one for breakfast tomorrow. And lunch. And dinner. What to do..No Burger Kings in Delhi. That's crazy.. It's like heaven on a bun. Mmmh juicy juicy beef patty. Hehe!

Yesterday night I went to see the nightlife out here. Someone opened the door to what I thought was a ladies bar. And ooh.. topless chicks! Haha jealous much? But I didn't go in. Sat outside at a place called NAVY. There's a huge swimming pool outside the hotel and my eyes are all red after swimming so much. Also a bit tired and my eyes are just shutting themselves. Will update and upload tomorrow. I hope I have a lot to update about cos tomorrow am gonna hit the beach with my family and I can't wait to try the adventure sports! eee!

DAY 3 : Purple eyes and Tuk Tuks

I could finally upload picturess! Got up early in the morning and had a huge breakfast of eggs (sunny side up), sausages, toast, chicken, noodles. I've probably gained a ton after reaching here. Yesterday after I updated we went to buy Smirnoff Green Apple and drank in the hotel room with Arthur and Paris. They taught me how the people in the Phillipines drink. They share a glass and the glass is passed around once each person is done. There's a 'driver' who makes and mixes the drinks. Am sure to try it in Delhi with my pals. After that I was already blurred out. We went to look for more drinks. By then it was around 1am. Ate instant noodles and hot dogs in 7 eleven. That reminds me. I haven't been to STARBUCKS till now! They say there's one in every corner but all I see is 7 eleven everywhere I go

 I've started wearing my purple lenses and I think my eyes look bigger. Ya like that's possible HAHA very funny. Luckily no hangover today morning. Went to Platinum mall to do some shopping.  The minute I entered my eyes were O.O I wanted to steal the whole mall! Prices were reasonable but yesterday I blew up too much on shoes, drinks and midnight snacks. Still I came back with a whole airbag filled with clothes (airbag also new) and my new hat on my head. People in the mall were moving around with suitcases. That's like their shopping bags O.O I mean who can blame them. 5 pairs of jeans for 1400bahts !?!    But the ice cream is really expensive LOL Ate a huge sundae at Svenson's

Just across the road was the flea market. Just had enough to buy a hat and take a tuktuk to 'my hotel' (the name of the hotel in which I'm staying. Even though it's just walking distance...my feet were killing me OK! A tuk tuk is basically an auto. It looks a lot like an auto. Brought back memories of Delhi. 


Today I was supposed to take a bud for Phuket but FORTUNATELY something came up with the travel agent and we're gonna catch an early morning flight tomorrow. I hope I get access to the WWW there ! :) So long!

DAY 2 : I finally saw elephants :D

Today I met Rooney, J.S. Park, Michael Owen and Beckham. They're really cute...dolphins. Was forced to go on an early morning safari by my mummy. I did enjoy watching orang utans dance and all but I was so tired and the weather wasn't on my side either. 
It rained heavily in the morning and by noon everything became very sticky sticky as in, it was humid. The kind of weather where you'd rather be sleeping under the AC instead of looking at sad caged animals. The safari/zoo thing was two hours away from the city so while coming back I slept in the car like a pig. There was a traffic jam so we got down somewhere in the middle and I bought some very useless things. 
Got home and slept like a pig again. I woke up only to go shopping. With just 1000 bahts I was able to buy circle lenses, lens cleaner, eye drops, 2 new bags, a dress, lighter and FOOD. Ah i wanna stay here forever and ever! I have to leave for Phuket tomorrow after which I'll be back in Bangkok for two more days. Then I'll be returning home. To Delhi. Dirty dirty Delhi. Lol. Not a sign of litter in the streets here. And these Thai people are so friendly. If only my friends were here.. :(
Going to Platinum mall tomorrow to shop shop shop! Then gonna hit the beach in Phuket!! Maybe I won't be able to update for a few days. Can't wait to put up pictures! THAIIIILAAND BAABBYYY! hehe

DAY 1 : I haven't seen any elephants..yet :D

It's the 1st of June.!! 
A very special day for many people (payday!) but it's an especially special day for me. Just 24 hours ago I was in a different country and BAM here I am sitting in a cafe in Bangkok updating my blog for all my friends in India to read. :p I won't be uploading any pics right now. Haven't even started unpacking.

Yesterday night I didn't sleep at all. Was drinking all night with my brothers and cousin sister :p A lil bit blur in the morning when I had to rush for my flight. Was waiting for the plane for more than 3 hours.

 Ate a huge burger and got tummyache :( Finally when the plane arrived I just ran in cos was too excited to sleep but then I started watching that Rapunzel movie..what was it again..TANGLED.. yaa. so 80minutes of sleep went to waste.  When I fell asleep they woke me up for lunch. Disgusting cake. Blech. Passport visa shit took a lot of time but finally we got through and this guy recommended we take a 'limousine' which wasn't actually a limo..But it was a really nice car.
Ah so finally reached the hotel where we are supposed to stay. Slept for a while then went out and bought myself shoes. And ate a whole lot of pork and rice YUM! It's already midnight but right now I'm sitting in a cafe with a whole lot of people who're just chilling and blogging away. People here are so nice. Plus, I've never felt so comfortable wearing such small shorts in public. Was so worried I won't have anyone to talk to around here but I've already made some new friends. Who speak English :)  Hehe I'll try to upload some pictures supersoon and I'll keep updating you guys (and hopefully make you jealous..aah c'mon!) But for now..SAWATDEE !
